Support Connection
Support Connection is time-limited assistance provided to participants to strengthen their ability to connect with informal, mainstream, and funded supports, and to improve their capacity to maintain support relationships, settle service delivery issues, and participate in the NDIS processes.
We help participants in:

  • Reaching decisions regarding services
  • Reaching an agreement with providers
  • Starting service and ensuring new support arrangements thrive

Specialist Support Coordination
If your needs are more complex and you’re dealing with challenging circumstances, Level 3 Support Coordination might be right for you. This is the highest level of support coordination offered through the NDIS and is designed to help people who need expert help managing their support plans.
Who is eligible?
You might be eligible for Level 3 Support Coordination if:
  • You have behaviours that may put yourself or others at risk
  • You have complex health or mental health needs that require specialist care
  • You face major challenges that affect how you live, work, or connect with your community
  • You need focused support to recover from trauma or build emotional strength
What is Specialist Support Coordination?
Specialist Support Coordination is for people who:
  • Have high or complex needs
  • Face significant barriers in their daily life
  • Need expert help to connect with the right services
Your Specialist Support Coordinator will work closely with you to understand your unique situation. They’ll help you manage difficult circumstances, navigate service systems, and ensure your supports are working together to help you reach your goals.

  • Support your recovery and resilience
  • Make sure your supports are tailored to your needs
Your coordinator will be by your side to help you stay on track, especially during times of change or stress.
